Directions: From A27 at roundabout with A286 to Witterings, take A286 North i.e. towards city centre.

After traffic lights at City Gate, take right-hand lane. Pass over the level crossing (by Railway Station), traffic lights (by Bus Station), and continue straight ahead into South Street (ignore bend to right).

Take next Right (by Cafe Rouge) and after a left-hand bend you are in South Pallant - one car park is immediately to your Right and another 25m on your Left.

This Left-hand car park is the one in front of the Regnum Club - walk under the building at the back of the car park and on the right down some steps is a doorway. Press the Visitors' bellpush on the left of the door; when granted admission, pull the door quite hard towards you. Go straight ahead (BTW the Bar is up the stairs on your left) and go through a door - this one has a door-closer, and can bang-to quite loudly. Pass Gents' Toilet on left, veer left past Ladies' Toilet and the door to the Richmond Room is on your left. Please wait for a break (applause) before entering.
